The METTLE Gym
In the METTLE Gym you will:
- Explore how your nervous system, thoughts and emotions interact under stress
- Map patterns such as people‑pleasing, shutting down, over‑reacting or over‑functioning – with less shame and more clarity
- Practise short, body‑based tools you can use in real moments of conflict, worry or overload
- Strengthen your “window of tolerance”, so you feel steadier and more in control, even when life is full
- Build quiet, authentic confidence by making choices more in line with your values
Sessions use the METTLE framework (Map, Educate, Tune into the body, Try a micro‑practice, Learn through reflection, Embed & evolve) to keep the work simple, structured and do‑able. This is not therapy and not fluffy self‑help. It is grounded, trauma‑informed wellbeing training you can integrate into everyday life at home and at work.
